  • 🤔 I don't know which treatment to select, can I choose in the studio?

    Of course. Each treatment is preceded by the medical examination and the reservation is not binding. You can choose the treatment that best suits your needs with the doctor 💖

  • 🤔 After the consultation, can I do the treatment directly?

    Of course! You can perform the treatment on the same occasion 💖

  • 🤔 I'm on the waiting list, what does that mean?

    Our site offers the option of putting yourself on a waiting list if the requested appointment has already been booked by another Patient. Should the appointment become available again you will receive an email or a message from us. 

  • 🤔 What products do you use?

    We use only certified products with years of clinical studies behind them. Our brands include products from Allergan (JUVÉDERM®), IBSA and Teoxane.

  • 🤔 Why do I have to give the down payment?

    A deposit of €20.00 is required in order to book any treatment at BTX Bar.
    This amount will be deducted from the cost of the treatment or refunded in case of the free medical consultation only. 

    Down payment cannot be returned in case of cancellation less than 72h in advance

  • 🤔 Can I change or cancel an appointment?

    Of course! The important thing is that any changes are communicated within 72h of our appointment date. Otherwise, the deposit cannot be refunded and a new reservation must be made. 

  • 🤔 Can I installment treatments?

    Yes! You can installment treatments by purchasing a Gift Card by choosing PayPal as the payment method and pay in 3 installments or at the studio using Klarna for amounts over $500.00.

  • 🤔 Can I give a treatment as a gift?

    Of course! You can choose to purchase our digital Gift Card or the physical version in the Studio (Rome or Monza) 

  • 🤔 Can I register for the Fidelity Card?

    Of course! You can register at this link and start accumulating points!

  • 🤔 How soon can I use the 15% birthday discount?

    The birthday discount can be used within one month of receipt 

  • 🤔 If I bring a friend, can I get 10% discount?

    If you received our Pink Ticket and the person you gave it to benefits from one of our treatments next time you will also get a 10% discount

  • 🤔 I am a minor, can I take advantage of your treatments?

    No, we do not treat Minor Patients. There is time for cosmetic medicine!

  • Will I have post-treatment bruising?

    Likely. The filler is performed with punctures so it is possible that post-treatment bruising will appear, which usually disappears after the first 2 to 3 days 💖

  • I'm pregnant, can I get the filler?

    We do not recommend any aesthetic medicine treatment during pregnancy and/or breastfeeding. 

  • I am breastfeeding, can I do the filler?

    We do not recommend any aesthetic medicine treatment during both lactation and pregnancy.

  • Can I be allergic* to filler?

    The filler is composed of hyaluronic acid, a substance that our bodies produce and tolerate very well. You may be allergic to the anesthetic (lidocaine) found within many hyaluronic acid products.

    During the examination, the doctor will check for allergies. 

  • I had the filler yesterday and now they are swollen*, what can I do?

    Don't worry! It is normal to be swollen or very swollen the day after treatment, you just need to be patient 💖

  • I am taking several medications, can I do the filler?

    It is good to stop taking NSAID medications before treatment (at least 24 hours before) and to have stopped taking antibiotics for at least 7 days. 

  • I suffer from herpes, can I get lip filler?

    Yes, write to us on WhatsApp so we can advise you what to take and minimize the risk of herpes outbreak

  • After the filler, can I do sports?

    To avoid more swelling and bruising, we recommend abstaining from sports activity for at least 2 to 3 days.

  • After lip filler, can I smoke?

    For health reasons, it would be best not to smoke. The first few days are best avoided; the repeated gesture may place the filler incorrectly.

    If you cannot avoid smoking, try to minimize and place the cigarette in the center of your lips. 

  • After the filler, can I drink alcohol?

    We do not recommend alcohol as it may increase swelling and bruising of the treated area.

  • After the filler, can I take medication?

    Yes, but keep in mind that taking NSAID medications may increase bruising in the treated area.

  • After the filler I feel some pellets, what can I do?

    Experiencing post lip filler "balls" is normal especially in the first 7 days. In most cases they disappear on their own but if you continue to feel them after a week you can massage them with thumb and forefinger pressing firmly. If you can't, contact us and we will schedule a follow-up appointment!

  • From what age can I do Botox?

    Botox was created to smooth out wrinkles--wrinkles then must be there or starting to show. If you don't have them Botox is not the indicated treatment, there is time! 💖

  • Can I prevent the formation of wrinkles with Botox?

    Yes, in this case you can evaluate "Baby Botox" (treatment with more diluted Botulinum toxin), a preventive treatment improve skin texture and grain. 💖

  • Can I be allergic* to Botox?

    Botox is one of the safest drugs in medicine. There are no allergies related to the treatment except egg allergy.

  • I have an appointment for Botox, what is there to know?

    If you are scheduled for a Botox appointment remember to avoid taking NSAID medications for at least 24 hours and not to come to your appointment on a motorcycle/motorcycle. After the treatment you will not be able to wear a helmet!

  • What do I need to know after having Botox?

    You have finally had Botox, welcome* to the club! Here's what you need to know after having the treatment:

    • Avoid lying down or going to sleep for at least 4 hours
    • Avoid helmets, hats and tight headbands for at least 2 days
    • Avoid any activity that requires physical exertion
    • Avoid any activity that requires putting yourself upside down
    • avoids massage and crumpling the treated area
  • After Botox can I do sports?

    Absolutely NO. Sports activity is strongly discouraged for the next 2 to 3 days after botulinum toxin treatment.

    Yes, yoga and pilates are also sports activities and consequently should be avoided. 

  • After Botox, can I have a facial massage?

    NO. Any treatment that requires massage and pressure on the face are strongly discouraged for 2 to 3 days.

  • After how long will I see the result?

    Botox takes 7 to 15 days to fully activate. At this juncture, the result may not be perfect; some patience is needed

  • Is retouching included?

    Touch-up at 15 days-if necessary-during the follow-up appointment is included in the price

  • How often can I have Botox?

    Not earlier than 5 months after the last treatment.
