He is a Specialist in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery. She holds a PhD in Applied Medical Surgical Sciences and performs reconstructive surgery in public and private settings. Over the years, she has specialized in Facial and Breast Surgery. She is the Scientific Director of BTX Bar® Italy; she trains and supervises the medical team, perfecting techniques that guarantee the personalization of the result for each Patient.

For more than 20 years in the health, social and humanitarian fields, he has worked in more than 90 countries. He has gained experience in organizational development and change management by teaching courses at training schools and universities. He has managed the transformation of large organizations. Today he leads reorganization and digitalization projects within the National Health System. A manager and entrepreneur, he heads Trade Associations and nonprofit entities in the health care sector. He is responsible for the management and development of BTX Bar® Italy.
Matthew Micucci | Brand Manager & Founder
In the world of communication from a very young age, at 17 he was among the top 10 fashion bloggers. An expert in graphic design, photography and social, he has worked on major communication campaigns for public and private entities. Specializing in rebranding activities, he has developed visual identity, websites, merchandising and digital content for healthcare and nonprofit facilities. In 2016, he won the Agi award. He designed the visual identity of BTX Bar® Italy and coordinates communication and patient care activities.
